Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace all our existing security equipment?: No. The Open XDR architecture collects logs from the equipment you already run. Major XDR and EDR products integrate natively, and the rest is normalized to the OCSF standard so everything appears on the same screen.
Do we have to adopt every module at once?: No. It is modular by design, so you can start with the combination that fits your environment and budget, and add modules later as you need them.
What happens to alerts raised at night or over a weekend?: They fall under 24/7 MDR monitoring. AI correlation sets priorities at the incident level, and our specialists check and respond directly.
